ODM Sales (Key account manager) (Washing machines, LED Lights & Electronics
1. Manage Existing Customers Accounts
2. Visiting customers for the new business opportunity and to discuss regular business activities.
3. Develop New customers as per target
4. Business Development Activities.
5. To make gap analysis business Plan & Actual.
6. Bringing RFQ from the customers.
7. Arranging meetings in the Company with the customers.
8. Taking Schedules from the customers before 25th of every month and forward to PPC Department.
9. Increasing SOB. Inwarding the Material more than Schedule.
10. Supply the OEM materials according to the schedules.
11. Reminding for the payment from the customers.
12. Providing timely solution to the customers with timely inter
13. Satisfying the customer Queries.
14. Customer Complaint Management – Coordination with
production, quality and dispatch for getting the
15. proper analysis with supporting documents like CAPA, 8D
reports to close the customer complaints well within time.
16. Keeping the records of Schedule V/s Supply and its
17. Making PPC Awareness that which item to be given first
priority that Line doesn’t stop of Customers.
18. Standardization of Operations Processes till customer level

B.Tech Mechanical / Electronics
M.B.A (Marketing )
ERP, MS Office knowledge
Have good English & communication skills,
10-12 years hands on experience in
managing ODM/OEM Customers in
