• Train and guide the team to get insurance agents on board
• To build strong brand image of the company in the market
• Recruit agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
• Coordinate with team for Partners / Agents for insurance vertical
• Building relationship with key decision makers of the corporate
• Maintaining MIS reports for payments with concerned departments
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
• Generating premiums from various agents and providing a best service to retain the agents
• The key responsibility of this role is to build a strong network with the sales team of the channel partner
• Supervising the team of Unit Managers &Dealers ,in terms of assigning tasks,evaluating their performance and taking steps in order to enhance growth.
• Arranging dealer meetings with top management of the company to get a comfort level to increase the business shares at the dealers point.
