1.Good knowledge of assembly line, planning and setting.
2.Capability to handing of 300 Machines independently.
3.Garments, Assembly Line as Commercial base work (full piece Rate base, Operation Rate base or Salary Bases)
4.Research And Development (R and D) and Industrial Engineering Department(IED)For-floor (Stitching) Dept with Compliance System.
5.To Manager Production and Finishing with Talented and Experience Team.
6.To Make System for best and more Production and Finishing with Quality.
7.To Guide Production and Finishing Team and Vendors for Best Qualities.
8.To Co-ordinate with Management, Buyers and production / Finishing Team.
9.Cut to Pack Preferred Work.
Responsible for all operations for smooth functioning of the Unit.
10.Achievement of production targets for the unit within the cost, time and quality norms.
11.Coordination amongst various areas of production, technical, quality, etc.
Following of production plan from cutting to sewing and achieving targeted line efficiency.
12.Ensureing product quality is in accordance with standards laid down by the buyer.
13.Provideing manufacturing expertise to the Production team and ensure implementation of cost reduction/efficiency improvement through process changes/improvements
14.Ensureing timely preparation of production plans in line with the available capacity and marketing requirements.
15.Proper keeping of manufacturing facility to achieving machine availability, efficiency utilization norms.
16.Regular monitoring of performance of all departments under me.
