Follow up on Product development , review & quote Costing ● Initiate necessary follow up ● Day to day communication with buyer to facilitate all required approvals on time for smooth production and timely delivery of goods. ● T&A follow up - daily monitoring of progress for all styles to ensure all triggered dates are met.
T&A based order planning , scheduling ,monitoring and order follow up
● Liaison with buying office , other dept & suppliers for timely delivery. Work closely with planning team
● Managed execution of styles in production with an eye to detail on every operational aspect for timely execution of styles.
Work on photo shoot samples for season booking of bulk orders , quote costing & order booking ,
● Booking of fabric and trims for bulk orders and framing timelines to meet delivery of goods
● Interacting and communicating with buyers for all approval , Arrange fabric and garment Tests reports.
● Rigorous & regular check on the critical path & Time & Action plan to meet time line of the merchandise.
● Monitoring sampling at every stage & production reports
● Close garment costing post shipment and fabric re-conciliation
Knowledge of all kind of bags and accessories.
