- Assisting making timely arrangements for Buyer Meeting by coordinating with Designing and Sampling Department.
- Coordinating Merchants in Sample of various buyers
- Label and Packing material approval .
- Packaging way approvals (Packing PPT).
- Preparing Inspection Sheets, Quote Sheets and Presentations as per Buyers’ / Buying Agents’ Requirements as advised by Senior.
- Helping in dispatching Samples to Buyers and following up with them
- Maintaining all detail records of the sent samples along with their Pics
- Maintaining files of Buyers with their Spec Sheet/ QA reports/ Test Reports
