Experience: 10+ Years
Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Nurture a positive working environment, fostering collaboration and employee growth.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and provide counseling and coaching as needed.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR management
