Position Responsibilities

Company’s overall business development, strategic planning programs and Corporate Communication. Facilitate client development through business development and client servicing.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Design, implement, and facilitate business development plan of the company.
2. Organize and implement client relations including:
• Client satisfaction surveys
• Client development activities
3. Supervise Company’s RFE* protocol process including soliciting RFQ’**s from desirable prospective Clients and writing proposals for new business; participate in planning and presentation sessions, when assigned.
4. To survey the market extensively & look for prospective clients for orders of duplex board cartons, corrugated boxes, labels, stickers etc / POP material and to achieve the target as fixed by the management.
5. Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc\'.
6. Supervise Business Development department, staffing and hiring decisions within department.
7. Complete management of the BD team.
8. Allocation of territories / clients.
9. Tracking and follow up for client’s purchase order from execution to collection of payment from client.
10. To make monthly business plan and action on variation between actual and planned.

11. Proper co-ordination with other departments.
12. In-house liaison with Manager Production, other related departments and managers to ensure proper and timely submission of offers, sample development and submission to the concerned clients.
13. To ensure with proper coordination with Supply Chain Department for dispatches on the committed dates.
14. Regular interaction with clients for their trouble shooting problems / on line problems and changes in specifications, if any.
