• Maintain the critical path for all style and make sure all critical dates are maintained by the buyer and supplier.
• Vender development and performance evaluation.
• Follow up the buying schedule till shipment date.
• Sample development (Proto, Fpt, Gpt, Fit, PP, Photo suit, Size set, TOP,) for buyer.
• Handling mails relating supplier queries related to product and services
• Looking for all fabric sourcing ,trims etc.
• Maintaining wip,fit chart,fabric sheet,labdips sheet,cost lock sheet,
• Make MDN , BOM,
• TNA follow.
• Looking finishing department ant stitching department/ cutting
• Production development
• Follow with the store department to production department
• Prepare daily production report
• Production file make
• Working printing/emb/dye/
• Looking del date / shipment booking.
