FIELD SALESPERSON REQUIRED
1. Knowledge in LITHIUM battery pack industry / solar industry / lighting industry.
2. 20,000 salary for first three months starting with the date of joining.
3. Based on your performance (total sale till date) will give you a hike of 5,000 on your salary from the 4th month.
4. All the expenses (traveling, accommodations/stay. Etc) will be taken care of, Extra at actual terms.
5. The timings are 9:00am – 5:30pm.
6. You bound to give a daily report will shall include,
a. Dealers/people you met in that day.
b. Gross conversation/conclusion between you and the customer.
c. Timely analysis of your day including the meetings, food, tea. Etc.
7. You can only and only take Ensol’s name and cannot work as a freelancer for any other firm/company/product.
8. You will have to create an excel file which includes each person’s contact (address/phone/email) which will be checked each month (DSR).
