Responsible for handling the complete employee life cycle
(Joining till Exit)
 Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures
 Manage and supervise the recruitment and selection process.
 On boarding newcomers to the company.
 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing
demands and grievances & nurture positive working environment
 Responsible for employee joining formalities, preparing and
issuing offer letters, appointment letters, formulating the salary
structure for new hires.
 Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
 Devise strategies for evaluation, development, training, etc.
 Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance to
junior HR staff
 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
 Ensure all concerned employees are educated on the latest
applicable regulations and processes.
 Retain historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval
system and keeping all past and current records.
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
 Supervising day-to-day operations of the admin department and
staff members.
 Assess company operations within manufacturing functions to
determine statutory compliance risk.
 Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems,
policies, and procedures.
 Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary office supplies
